• Revenues: $10M-$50M / EBITDA: $1.0-$5M
Geographic Preference
• Preference for the Western portion of the United States but will consider southwest
Preferred Company Characteristics
• Reimbursable (no hard dollar) contracts through 2010
• Mostly industrial users but will consider some mix of commercial
• Open shop only
